Meet James Morales, Owner/Operator of Arc Light Home Inspections. His approach to home inspection is built on integrity, open communication and building trust to educate clients on making informed decisions on their home purchase and managing concerns about repairs or maintenance recommendations without being an alarmist. 

The result is our goal and focus with every inspection, Client Satisfaction, achieved by giving them the feeling of confidence and security in their real estate investment. 

James' commitment to thoroughness and attention to detail is a dedication that proves to every client that 110% is given every inspection. 

James is an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the World's Leading Association for Home Inspectors) with whom he holds the title of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) as well as NJNACHI, InterNACHI's local state chapter.
