The Kind of service we offer our clients…
Thorough and Professional Home Inspections
From the moment you call us to the time you receive the finished report, our job is to educate the customer about the home they intend to purchase. We make use of the latest technology and report writing software to ensure our inspections are the most comprehensive available. Even after you receive your report, we are always available to answer any questions you may have about the inspection.
Detailed and Easy-to-Read Reports
After the inspection we will email you a digital and easy-to-read report that will contain our findings, including full color photos and descriptions of any issues found during the inspection. These can range from general maintenance recommendations to more serious defects that require immediate attention. A detailed summary page provides a quick reference to these important items.
Flexible and Reliable Scheduling Options
We understand that time is of the essence during a real estate transaction. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy schedule. Whether you need a last-minute inspection or prefer to schedule weeks in advance, we've got you covered. We can even inspect your property on weekends, evenings and holidays.
Additional Inspection Services
Services like Radon Testing and Sewer Scope Inspection require specific licensing or specialized equipment and are beyond the scope of a standard home inspection. Spending a little in the beginning to have peace of mind can save you a lot later on should any issues arise that these additional services could have identified. Some of these services are performed by a third party inspector/company.

Let’s Talk Home Inspection!
-
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. You're gonna want to educate yourself on that investment. A home inspection will help to identify defects within the home that may not be obvious to you. These defects can vary from simple repairs or general maintenance issues to major replacement of systems or potential safety concerns. Depending on your lender or homeowner's insurance company, they may require a home inspection or one of our associated services to be performed in order to complete the home buying process.
-
A home inspection is a multi point, visual examination of the home's major systems, components and structure that are visible and safely accessible. Some of the areas of the home that are inspected include: Roofing, Electrical Systems, Grading/Drainage, Foundation, Basement, HVAC, Attic/Insulation, Stairways, Walkways, Plumbing, Water Heater, Fireplace/Chimney, Decks/Porches, Kitchens/Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Crawlspaces.
-
Once your appointment is made and pricing has been finalized, you will receive an email containing pre-inspection agreements and a pricing summary for your scheduled services. Please ensure that all agreements are reviewed and signed prior to your inspection date.
-
Buying a home can be very stressful so the first thing to do is take a deep breath and let our home inspection process take it's course. We highly recommend attending your home inspection. Even though the details and photos in the report will explain issues that we find, sometimes getting that first hand look and explanation helps to fully understand what's going on. This is a great time to fully participate with any questions or concerns you may have.
-
The home inspection is followed up with a detailed report electronically sent to the client and will discuss the overall condition of the home at the time of inspection. This digital, full color report will include maintenance recommendations, highlight potential issues, and address any areas needing repair, with photos. An included summary of significant problems found during the inspection will allow buyers to understand the overall health of the house and make an informed decision about purchasing it. We are also available after the report is issued to answer any questions or concerns.

Absolutely! Services like Radon Testing and Sewer Scope Inspection require specific licensing or specialized equipment and are beyond the scope of a standard home inspection.
